Kardia, Mikra, unfinished building of 1024sq.m. on four levels , with façade on a busy road, 7km from the airport and 12km from the city of Thessaloniki. The building sits inside a privately owned plot of 1562sq.m.. Its construction has finished in 1999 and it consists of three floors of 256sq.m. each plus 256sq.m. of ground floor, which is considered basement on paper. Inside the building there is a staircase, infrastructure for water and electricity and specific place for the installation of an elevator.
