Each apartment is equipped with a private bathroom with showers and a kitchen with gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, crockery and all necessary kitchen utensils. The apartments are equipped with bed linen, bath and beach towels. Each floor has an iron, hair dryer and ironing board. In the basement there is a laundry room with two washing machines. The maximum capacity of the second floor apartments is 4 people. On the ground floor there is a spacious apartment - a studio for 2 people and a family apartment for 6 people.
On the territory adjacent to the villa there is a private swimming pool with automatic cleaning, filtration and water heating system (Quantum Q65, photocatalytic pool disinfection system). Comfortable sun loungers by the pool will allow you to sunbathe almost "without leaving home".
Next to the pool is an automatically retractable illuminated canopy with a large dining table underneath. It is not hot here and it is pleasant to spend time at any time of the day.
The garden with fruit trees will delight you with green grass and its own delicious fresh fruits, it does not require much effort to maintain, as it has an automatic lawn watering system. Also in the garden there is a stone-lined platform with a barbecue, electricity and water supply are connected to it, and an automatic canopy with lighting is installed.
In the basement of the villa there is a garage for 2 cars and technical rooms with water supply, heating, sewerage and pool treatment facilities.
