We present to you a modern and luxurious building in Sutomore, Municipality of Bar.
Located on a plot of 1,170 m2, it consists of a basement garage and four floors.
There are a total of 12 residential units consisting of 8 one-room apartments and 4 studio apartments.
The architecture of the building reflects the Mediterranean style with a distinctive stone arch and pitched gable roofs covered with traditional materials. Pergolas on the terraces provide shade and contribute to the unique ambience of the building. At the entrance there is a shared modern design reception, reception hall and 24-hour maintenance services.
In this project, the focus was on a modern design characterized by simple lines and elegant elements achieved using high-quality materials, wall coverings and warm parquet floors. Each apartment is equipped with a "smart home" system that is suitable for those looking for a more advanced living experience.
One-room apartments are evenly distributed, two on each floor, with a living room, hallway, kitchen, separate bedroom and bathroom.
Two studios are located on the first and second floors, each containing a living room, kitchen, bathroom and hallway.
On the first floor of the building is the SPA & Wellness Center, where residents can enjoy a range of amenities, including a swimming pool, sauna and Turkish bath for relaxation and recreation. The pool offers a refreshing refuge on hot summer days, providing an opportunity to relax and escape from the daily routine.
